INFORMATION ON PREVENTING AND ADDRESSING VIOLENCE & HARASSMENT AT WORK

(In compliance with article 5 of Law 4808/2021)

Our company recognizes the right of every employee to a work environment free from violence and harassment. We are committed to preventing, addressing and suppressing any form of behavior that violates the dignity of the person.


1. Where to go (Rights & Procedures)
If you become a victim or witness an incident of violence or harassment (including gender-based violence and sexual harassment) in the workplace, you have the following rights:
• Right to Protection & Support: To request immediate assistance from your employer for protection from retaliation.
• Right to Internal Complaint: To file a complaint within the company.
• Right to External Complaint: To appeal to the competent authorities.
• Right to Judicial Protection: To file a lawsuit or a complaint against the perpetrator.
• Right to Appeal: To report the incident to the Labor Inspectorate (SEPE) or the Ombudsman.
